QUALIFICATIONS, MEMBERSHIPS AND TRAINING
I received my psychoanalytic qualification and membership upon completing a clinical training with the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (CFAR), a training body whose clinical programme is approved by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am also a member of The Royal Society of Medicine and its ongoing research into physical symptoms influenced by emotions rather than a specific organic cause.
Earlier, I trained as an art therapist at Maimonides Mental Health Center (United States) and worked with adolescents in art therapy groups, and in cognitive and neurological development with infants and pre-school children. Concurrent with my training in child and adolescent services, I provided follow-up services for adults in outpatient care and for new mothers attending post-natal discussion groups.
CODES OF PRACTICE
